I've purchased the Whole Catfish Dinner twice now. My wife got an order, too. The fish was cooked to perfection and the styrofoam plate was wrapped with plastic wrap the first time I made a purchase, but not the second time. The second time the dinners were just in a plastic bag. I think the plastic wrap helps keep the dinner warm while I take it home. We both love the Whole Catfish Dinners and will be back soon!
